Bassett Healthcare Network a progressive, academic health system in Central New York and is actively recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cancer Treat Center Service Line. $104,040-$140,096 Compensation, $50,000 SOB, Generous PTO, Employer Supported Retirement Plan.
Job Description & Responsibilities Academic Excellence :
Join Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University. The Bassett Regional Cancer Program has been continuously accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center since 1947. The program is also a member of theECOG-ACRIN
with close to 30 years of participation in NCI and sponsored clinical trials. The program has a collaborative and multidisciplinary model, which includes onsite Radiation Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, Pathologists and Radiologists. The program has a comprehensive support team that includes Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Financial Counselors, a Nutritionist and Palliative Care Practitioners. Outpatient Practice - Previous Oncology experience preferredLife-Work Balance:
No call responsibilities Multi-Specialty Group, Closed Medical Staff, 600+ practitioners 4 day work week - 36 hours clinically & 4 hours administrative Requirements National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant. Oncology Experience/knowledge preferredNYS Licensure BLS, ACLS or PALS Certification Required Benefits Compensation Salary Range:
$104,096-140,096 o This compensation represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation rate at the time of this posting or advertisement.
