Job Description
We're a respected holistic pain management company looking for a practitioner to join our team in a specialized, part-time role. Our company focuses on trigger point therapy and we care for a loyal patient base across Nassau, Suffolk, and the Five Boroughs. We've built a solid reputation over the years by staying grounded, consistent, and genuinely patient-focused. This is a great opportunity for an NP or PA who's looking for a steady, long-term, part-time role. The role is part-time, with the potential for expanded hours in the future depending on availability, flexibility, and mutual fit. We're looking for someone who's reliable, professional, and open to holistic care approaches.
Hours:
8-12 hours per week to startDays:
Mondays - Saturdays, based on open shifts and your current availabilityLocation:
Private facility in Suffolk/Nassau The part-time schedule we are looking to fill is set and consistent—same day, same time, same location each week. We are looking for someone seeking stability and continuity. Additional per diem opportunities available down the road . A good fit for this role might be someone who: No less than 1 year of experience working as an NP or PA Is curious about (or experienced in) holistic, integrative, or alternative care Feels confident with patients and is comfortable performing trigger point injections (training provided) Is reliable, friendly, and easy to work with Values consistency, clear communication, and building patient trust over time The job includes: Performing trigger point injections at wellness-focused clinics Using our EMR (we provide training) Paid training on our protocols A relaxed, supportive environmentRequirements:
Active NP or PA license + current malpractice insurance Min. 1 year of NP or PA experience (pain management experience is a plus but not required) Professional, kind, and open to learning How toApply:
