Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive patient care in a primary care clinic. Your expertise will help deliver high-quality, patient-centered services by diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, prescribing medication and collaborating with physicians and specialists. Located in downtown Flushing, Queens, We are open to bilingual English with Mandarin or Cantonese or Fukienese-speaking candidates and we offer a competitive, negotiable yearly rate. Schedule Monday -

Sunday:

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Location On site, clinic Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with best practices and clinical guidelines. Prescribe and administer medications ensuring proper dosage, technique and patient safety. Manage acute pain cases, triage urgent issues, and coordinate care for patients with complex medical conditions. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems (eClinicalWorks) for accurate documentation of patient encounters. Collaborate with team on case management to optimize patient outcomes. Provide telehealth consultations. Educate patients on health coaching topics such as nutrition, medication management, and chronic disease prevention. Qualifications National NP certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP, PMHNP) and state license required. Prior experience (>1 year) highly preferred. Bilingual English with Mandarin/Cantonese/Fukienese highly preferred. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (eClinicalWorks) highly preferred; telehealth experience highly valued. Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), and utilization management practices for billing and documentation purposes required. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Pay:

$68,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
