Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our innovative wellness practice, with a unique focus on bridging fertility, reproductive wellness, and whole-body health . This role is ideal for an NP with a background in fertility, reproductive health, women's health, or hormone wellness who is interested in expanding into a holistic wellness and aesthetic environment. The NP will work closely with clients to understand their individual wellness goals and provide education, assessments, and personalized recommendations while supporting services that may include body wellness and aesthetic treatments. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive client consultations and health assessments within scope of practice. Support clients with fertility, reproductive wellness, women's health, and overall wellness goals. Educate clients on lifestyle, nutrition, wellness, and factors that may support reproductive and whole-body health. Develop individualized wellness plans based on client needs and goals. Provide appropriate referrals or coordination with fertility specialists and other healthcare providers when indicated. Provide and/or oversee wellness and aesthetic treatments in accordance with state regulations and practice protocols. Perform or oversee T-Shape body-contouring treatments , including appropriate client screening, treatment planning, and monitoring. Evaluate contraindications and determine whether clients are appropriate candidates for specific services. Maintain accurate clinical and treatment documentation. Provide a warm, professional, and highly personalized client experience. Collaborate with the wellness, aesthetic, and clinical team. Maintain current knowledge of fertility, women's wellness, body contouring, and emerging wellness services. Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner license with current certification to prescribe medications under collaborative practice agreements. National NP certification. Experience in fertility, reproductive endocrinology, women's health, OB/GYN, or related specialties strongly preferred. Interest or experience in wellness, aesthetics, functional wellness, or medical spa services. Experience with T-Shape or similar body-contouring technology is a plus. Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills. Compassionate, professional, and client-centered approach. Ability to educate clients while creating a comfortable and supportive environment.
