$98,000 to $143,000 per year An outpatient Family Practice is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its team, providing comprehensive primary care in a collaborative setting and building long-term patient relationships. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, daytime position. Schedule Full time, Monday through Friday, day shift. Compensation $98,000 to $143,000 per year, with a potential sign-on bonus. What You'll Do This role provides primary care services in an outpatient setting, assessing, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions. The Nurse Practitioner develops treatment plans and prescribes medications as appropriate, educates patients on preventive care and wellness, and collaborates with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care. The role also includes maintaining accurate medical documentation in accordance with practice standards.
