Job Description
Pain Management practice is seeking a Physician Assistant 1-2 days a week for Peptide therapy and wellness management work. These are non-negotiable. Please do not apply if you do not have direct, hands-on experience in all of the following:
- Licensed Physician Assistant in New York State, in good standing
- Direct experience prescribing and managing peptide therapy
- Direct clinical experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT ) — testosterone, and ideally broader hormone panels
- Hands-on experience with metabolic optimization protocols (weight management, GLP-1s, metabolic panels, etc.)
- Working knowledge of body composition analysis (DEXA or equivalent) and how to translate results into clinical protocols
- Strong, demonstrable understanding of health, wellness, and longevity medicine as a discipline — this is not a side interest, it should be core to your clinical background Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
