Job Description

Pain Management practice is seeking a Physician Assistant 1-2 days a week for Peptide therapy and wellness management work. These are non-negotiable. Please do not apply if you do not have direct, hands-on experience in all of the following:
  • Licensed Physician Assistant in New York State, in good standing
  • Direct experience prescribing and managing peptide therapy
  • Direct clinical experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT ) — testosterone, and ideally broader hormone panels
  • Hands-on experience with metabolic optimization protocols (weight management, GLP-1s, metabolic panels, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of body composition analysis (DEXA or equivalent) and how to translate results into clinical protocols
  • Strong, demonstrable understanding of health, wellness, and longevity medicine as a discipline — this is not a side interest, it should be core to your clinical background Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
Provide medical management, prescribing medications, and delivering pain management and endocrine-related therapies as appropriate. Perform patient care tasks, coordinate referrals, and maintain thorough documentation in EHR/clinical systems. Manage triage, acute care needs, and basic life support while ensuring patient safety and continuity of care. Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, monitor outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
Pay:
$80.00 - $110.00 per hour
