From $130,000 annually + bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits A mission-driven community health organization is opening a new urgent care center in Middletown, NY and is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help launch and shape the program. You will work within a small, collaborative clinical team providing high-quality care for acute illnesses and minor injuries for patients of all ages. What You'll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses and minor injuries. Provide efficient, compassionate urgent care to pediatric and adult patients. Perform common urgent-care procedures within your scope of practice. Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and arrange follow-up care. Make sound independent clinical decisions while collaborating closely with the care team. Help establish excellent clinical workflows and a patient-centered experience at a brand-new facility. Support a mission of accessible, preventative, comprehensive care for the local community. What We're Looking For Current New York State license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Active DEA registration. Board certification or board eligibility. Current

AHA BLS/CPR

certification. At least 3 years of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care. Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and procedural skills. Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan in a fast-paced setting. A genuine commitment to community health and caring for underserved populations.
