Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. This is a 100% in-office position based out of a professional business office. There are no walk-in patients or physical exams. Instead, you will spend your day conducting virtual telehealth visits using our secure video and phone platform from your dedicated desk. This role offers the perfect balance of a modern, administrative office setting with a focused digital clinical workflow. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual medical assessments and consultations via our telehealth platform. Diagnose medical conditions and formulate evidence-based treatment plans. Prescribe medications and order necessary diagnostic tests virtually. Complete accurate and timely electronic charting (EMR). Collaborate with our internal office team to ensure smooth patient coordination. Qualifications Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in New York. Medicare-enrolled or eligible for Medicare enrollment. Experience treating Medicare patients preferred. Familiarity with Medicare documentation, billing, and telehealth requirements preferred. NPI required; Medicare credentialing/enrollment must be completed prior to providing billable services, as applicable National board certification (AANP/ANCC or NCCPA). Strong computer proficiency and comfort using dual monitors, video software, and EMRs. High-level communication skills and a professional phone/video presence. Ability to work reliably from office location during scheduled business hours.
