09/08/2026 Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team under the supervision of a Medical Director The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, promote health and wellness, and work collaboratively with Primary Care Internal Medicine provider Medical Director. This role offers the opportunity to work in an outpatient setting and utilize advanced clinical skills to make a positive impact on patients' lives. Schedule is flexible and we happy to discuss hours and salary in person. We will do best what suits the right candidate!Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical exams
- Use office EMR to document patient records and manage cases.
- Provide health coaching to patients to help them achieve their health goals.
- Administer IV infusions and manage complex medical cases under the supervision of internal medicine specialists.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and provide case management.
- Work effectively within a team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in internal medicine to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN license.
- Current NP license. Board Cercertification
- Experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Strong knowledge of internal medicine and ability to apply this knowledge in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness.
