The hours at the clinic fall between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Flexible scheduling. Excellent hourly contract compensation. Professional liability insurance provided. Here is a list of some of the standard primary and acute care managed at the clinic; hypertension, diabetes, ADHD, GERD, UTIs, URIs, STDs, sprains, allergies, wellness exams, sick visits and school physicals. Collaboration with Mid-Levels Collaboration with the center's medical staff, wellness staff and substance abuse specialists as necessary.

Role Description:

This is a contract role for a Locums Physician with The Locums Company, LLC in South Bronx, NY. The Locums Physician will work on-site and provide medical care to student patients in accordance with their medical specialty and expertise. We offer excellent compensation, and professional liability insurance.

Job Requirement:

Active and unrestricted state medical license in Florida Experience in providing medical care to adolescent patients, including performing medical procedures and prescribing medications Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work 5 hours per week as needed Prior experience as a locums physician is a plus Valid Federal DEA license
