Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) North Ocean Serenity - Integrated Mental WellnessPatchogue, New York North Ocean Serenity is a new physician-led outpatient mental wellness practice dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care through an integrated model that values the connection between mind and body. Our mission is to improve access to high-quality mental health services while working closely with primary care providers to promote continuity of care. Responsibilities Perform psychiatric evaluations Diagnose and treat common psychiatric conditions Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications Develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with therapists and primary care providers Participate in integrated behavioral health initiatives Optional opportunity to provide psychiatric services in nursing homes and assisted living communities Qualifications Licensed PMHNP in New York DEA registration (or eligibility) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care Interest in collaborative practice What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Supportive physician-led environment Opportunity to help build a growing practice Modern office in Patchogue, NY Potential leadership opportunities as the practice expands If you are passionate about improving mental health care and want to help build something meaningful from the ground up, we would love to hear from you.
