Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)North Ocean Serenity - Patchogue, NY$85-$115 per hour | Flexible Schedule North Ocean Serenity is a newly opened integrated mental wellness practice in Patchogue, NY, seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team. Our goal is to bring mental health and primary care closer together in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. North Ocean Serenity is affiliated with an established medical practice with longstanding relationships throughout the community and across nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Suffolk County. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable PMHNP who values clinical autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to grow with a developing mental health practice. The Opportunity This position can be tailored to the interests and availability of the right provider.

Opportunities include:

Outpatient psychiatric care at our Patchogue office

• Psychiatric care in nursing homes and assisted living communities
• A combination of outpatient and facility-based psychiatry
• Flexible part-time scheduling with the opportunity for additional hours as the practice grows Providers who prefer primarily outpatient work are welcome to apply; facility work is not required. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
• Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions
• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, facility staff, and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care Qualifications Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
• Appropriate prescribing authority and DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and comfortable working collaboratively within a growing practice
