Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an reliable and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive adult patient care utilizing your expertise in medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Your role will encompass managing acute and chronic conditions and ensuring optimal health outcomes for a wide range of patients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an outpatient independent/private medical office while utilizing advanced clinical skills and innovative healthcare technologies. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and develop personalized treatment plans Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements Utilize electronic health record (EHR) system (Medent) for accurate medical documentation and coding (ICD-10/ /CPT) as well as AI powered voice assistant program. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals across specialties including gastroenterology, cardiology, behavioral health, geriatrics, infectious disease care, hospice & palliative medicine within our area. Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy to support diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning in a Primary Care/Internal Medicine practice.
