Korzen Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead the Wound Care Clinic program in the Rome, NY market area , in collaboration with Healogics and Rome Health . This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who enjoys hands-on procedures, complex wound management, and making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes . Responsibilities include:
Performing wound care procedures including: Debridement Incision & drainage (I&D) Suturing and minor procedures Advanced wound management techniques Managing acute and chronic wounds, primarily in an adult and geriatric population Creating individualized treatment plans focused on optimal healing outcomes Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care Full Clinical Support Team You will have a dedicated team supporting your success, including: Case Manager Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses Office Manager Front and back office support staff Training & Growth Opportunities Comprehensive Wound Care training provided Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO) training available Paid onboarding and mentorship Expand your procedural skillset in a growing specialty Leadership opportunities available ✅ Experience Requirements Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license Current DEA license Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) Minimum 1 year of NP experience required Strong procedural background required , including experience with: Suturing Debridement Incision & drainage (I&D) Other hands-on procedures Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + quarterly bonus opportunities Sign-on bonus available Full healthcare benefits 401(k) and retirement plan PTO package including major holidays If you are an NP who enjoys procedures, wants to specialize in wound care, and is looking for a rewarding outpatient role with excellent work-life balance, this is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized wound care program with the training and support to succeed.
