Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional with CHE Behavioral Health Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives through the in-patient care we provide at the facilities we serve. We are seeking talented clinicians who share our passion for delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments Demonstrate a commitment to our core values of compassion, integrity, and excellence
