M-TH 6a-4p DOT required Occ Health 8-10 pts per day Clinic staffing model: 1 NP, 2 RN's, Medical Receptionist, 1 PT, 1 Athletic Trainer PAY $90 per hour Paid malpractice Paid shadow training & module training

REQUIREMENTS

Must have occ med experience (2 yrs preferred) Must have active DOT certification Must have DEA Active NY licensure Board Certification Clean background
