ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER -HOUSE OFFICER

Provides and manages continuous, medical care service to patients under direct consultation with the Hospitalist MD, and in collaboration with the private medical attending as indicated Offers services to designated patients in the Emergency Department, inpatient and short stay service Provides full or partial services to private attending physicians who elect to utilize the Hospitalist Services Assumes full service to unassigned patients, as directed by the Hospitalist MD. Responds to the requests of the nursing staff as required to ensure patient care and safety NP must maintain current collaborative practice agreement with a designated member of the medical staff. PA's performance of all job duties must be supervised by a designated supervising physicianADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER QUALIFICATIONS
NYS Certified RN - NP (Nurse Practitioner) or NYS Certified PA (Physician Assistant). Trained in adult medicine.ACLS & BLS
certified Experience in patient case management required; hospital experience preferred Posted Salary Range Starting from USD $94.60/Hr. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
