PM Job Overview:

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care/inpatient setting. Oncology experience is highly preferred. The role involves collaborating with physicians, performing patient assessments, and ensuring comprehensive and compliant clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with physicians to deliver comprehensive patient care Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Accurately document evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and care plans Utilize prescriptive authority in collaboration with physicians Deliver care with minimal supervision in an inpatient setting Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Support continuity of care and interdisciplinary communication

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License/Registration NP specialty certification aligned with practice area CPR and ACLS certifications required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to complete pre-employment health clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
