Provide direct clinical care, including assessments, physical exams, vaccinations, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support patient education, and participate in quality improvement and community outreach activities. Document encounters accurately, adhere to clinical guidelines, and stay current with medical knowledge through CME activities. Supervise students and residents, support the implementation of patient-centered models, and contribute to policy development. Meet licensure, certification, and experience requirements, with preferred experience in community health and EMR systems. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
