Deliver primary care in school-based clinics and other clinical settings, focusing on health promotion, illness prevention, and managing acute and chronic conditions. Perform comprehensive assessments, administer vaccines and medications, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers. Ensure accurate documentation, adhere to clinical guidelines, participate in quality improvement, and support patient-centered care models. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, assist in community outreach, supervise students, and contribute to health education efforts. Maintain licensure, certifications, and compliance with regulatory standards; demonstrate cultural competence and excellent customer service. Qualifications include relevant graduate training, licensure, board certification, and experience in pediatric or family medicine, with preferred experience in community health and EMR use.
