Join a growing team dedicated to delivering patient-centered care to residents of skilled nursing facilities across Archbold, Ohio. We're looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults in a collaborative, team-oriented setting and want a schedule that supports work-life balance. What you'll do Work full time with flexible scheduling - typical shifts are six hours, and rounds usually start between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m. Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans. Benefit from no call and no overnight responsibilities. Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI scribe support, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE. Who we're looking for Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA). Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred but not required.
