The Family Nurse Practitioner serves as a vital member of the Health Partners of Western Ohio care team, delivering high-quality, patient-focused care across the lifespan. This role is responsible for promoting wellness, managing acute and chronic conditions, coordinating referrals, and providing education to support informed health decisions-all while ensuring continuity of care and supporting organizational standards.Compensation and Benefits Offered :
Starting salary $94,500 annually- goes up based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO)

QUALIFICATIONS
Master of Science Degree in Nursing. Current license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of Ohio.SKILLS/ABILITIES
: CPR- BLS (basic life support) required.
