Quick Look:

Schedule:

Part-Time (3 to 4 days/week). Standard clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. Absolutely no nights, weekends, or on-call obligations.

Practice Overview:

Broad Scope of Care:

Provide bread-and-butter primary care to a diverse patient demographic of all ages (newborns to geriatrics, with a high volume of young families).

Clinical Duties:

Manage acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, depression, back pain, asthma, and allergies

Streamlined Workflows:

Manage a comfortable volume of 20-25 patients per day. Dr. Swisher reviews and signs off on notes, ensuring you are always backed and never left to navigate complex cases alone.

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly range for this role is $50 to $60 per hour and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

1+ years of primary care practicing experience in primary care is required.
