Job Job Opportunity:

Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, permanent position within a busy, collaborative urology clinic. This role offers high-level independence managing adult outpatient care with access to advanced surgical technology and a Mayo Clinic Care Network affiliation.

Schedule & Benefits:

Workweek:

Flexible 4-day or 5-day workweek.

Call:

No call requirements.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $140,000 annually + productivity bonuses and stipend incentives.

Loan Forgiveness:

Nonprofit 501(c)(3) status; eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) .

Clinical Responsibilities:

Volume:

15-20 patients per day (outpatient).

Scope:

Assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and pre/post-operative care.

Inpatient:

Occasional inpatient rounding as needed.

Technology:

Cerner / Oracle Health EMR with AI-assisted documentation tools and access to da Vinci® robotic surgery systems.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of Urology or Gynecology experience required. (Not open to new graduates).

Licensure:

Active Ohio (OH) APRN license (or willing to obtain) and DEA.

Certification:

Board Certified (AANP or ANCC).

Background:

Clean malpractice and license history.

Status:

Full-time availability only. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
