Our clinic combines integrative oncology, functional medicine, and compassionate patient-centered care to help individuals optimize their health and quality of life. We are seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. Position Overview We are looking for a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about integrative and root-cause medicine and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, clinically curious, compassionate with patients, and eager to continue learning and growing within the field of functional medicine and integrative oncology. Schedule 3-5 days per week Flexible scheduling options available Compensation $55-$77/hour based on experience, certifications, references, and background $1,000 sign-on bonus after 60 days of continuous employment $2,500 retention bonus after 1 year of continuous employment Benefits Benefits available to employees working a minimum of 32 hours per week include: Health insurance IRA/retirement benefits Life insurance Disability insurance Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing Provide patient education and lifestyle counseling Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff Maintain accurate and timely chart documentation Support patients through ongoing care coordination and wellness optimization Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio required prior to starting Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Passion for functional and integrative medicine Experience in oncology, integrative medicine, or functional medicine Functional medicine training/certification preferred (IFM, A4M, FMCA, etc.) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Ideal Candidate Traits Compassionate and empathetic Strong critical thinking skills Motivated learner with interest in cutting-edge therapies Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities Values personalized, root-cause-focused care To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter describing your background and interest in functional medicine and integrative care.
