A Unique Opportunity to Learn and Grow This position offers the opportunity to work with therapies and areas of medicine that many Nurse Practitioners rarely encounter in a traditional practice. Our clinic treats patients using both established and physician-directed applications of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, along with advanced IV therapies, regenerative medicine, and functional/precision medicine approaches. Previous hyperbaric or integrative-medicine experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. Role and Responsibilities The Nurse Practitioner will have an important clinical and leadership role within our Dublin clinic. The selected NP will work closely with our Medical Director and clinical team and will play an important role in the day-to-day operation and continued growth of the practice. Evaluate and clear appropriate patients for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Monitor patient progress and coordinate care throughout treatment. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and charting. Coordinate clinical care with our Medical Director, nurses, and other members of the team. Assist with insurance-related clinical documentation and requirements when necessary. Provide clinical oversight and support to staff and help coordinate patient care across therapies offered within the practice. Training and Therapies You do not need previous hyperbaric experience to be successful in this position. Hyperbaric medicine experience or certification is a plus, but we place greater importance on finding an NP who is compassionate, dependable, clinically strong, eager to learn, and interested in becoming a long-term member of our team. Our providers have the opportunity to learn and work with a variety of advanced and integrative therapies, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, advanced IV nutrient therapies, EBOO and ozone therapies, Prolozone, regenerative medicine, photobiomodulation/laser therapies, PEMF, NanoVi cellular support technology, infrared sauna, and other therapies offered within our practice. Training will be provided based on the provider's experience, scope of practice, and responsibilities within the clinic. Experience with IV placement and IV therapy is strongly preferred. Experience with ultrasound-guided joint injections, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, ozone therapy, or other integrative therapies is a plus, but is not required. We are much more interested in finding the right person who wants to learn and grow with us. We utilize AdvancedMD for medical records and insurance-related documentation. Previous AdvancedMD experience is helpful but not required, and training can be provided. Qualifications Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an active Ohio license and appropriate prescriptive authority. Ability to work within the clinic's required physician collaboration/standard-care arrangement. Strong patient-care, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills. A genuine interest in learning new areas of medicine and building long-term patient relationships. Thursday:

Off No regular weekend schedule. This four-day workweek provides a consistent weekday off while allowing the NP to remain closely involved with patients and the clinical team.
