Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel with the support and resources needed to practice at the peak of your license Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including care coordinators, behavioral health, pharmacy, and other care providers at the practice Perform in-office procedures such as simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUD's, etc. (if desired) Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives Educate and empower your patients to take ownership of their health What makes an Optum organization different? Required Qualifications:
Unrestricted medical licensure in the state where this job will be performed or ability to obtain prior to starting employment Board certified or board eligible as a Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC/AANP) or a Physician Assistant (NCCPA) Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to starting employment Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500- $164,000.
