Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, adhering to collaborative practice agreements and HIPAA regulations. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications, ensuring compliance with DEA regulations and monitoring for adverse effects. Provide psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each patient's needs. Manage medication administration, IV infusion therapies, and perform procedures such as suturing or dermal fillers when appropriate. Engage in telehealth consultations to expand access to mental health services across various settings. Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records, ensuring compliance with NCQA standards and ICD coding protocols. Qualifications Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with certification in Psychiatry or Behavioral Health. Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, including children, geriatrics, or individuals with developmental disabilities. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks; experience with Athenahealth is a plus. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to psychiatric care. Experience with diagnostic evaluation tools such as

coding and CPT coding for billing purposes. Ability to perform physical examinations, vital signs assessment, and clinical research activities related to mental health treatments.
