EMR . POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

REPORTS TO:

Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeons

PATIENT LOAD

Average of 5-20 patients per day

SCOPE:

Rounding, coordination of care, and interpreting/ordering tests

PROCEDURES

Vein harvesting; assisting in surgery is preferred but not required

CALL:

Includes OR Call and

ICU/CVICU

Call coverage

SCHEDULE & COVERAGE

Immediate needs for the following blocks: April 6 (7 AM) - April 13 (7 AM) April 20 (7 AM) - June 1 (7 AM) General coverage availability needed through July

REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE:

Previous Cardiothoracic/Vascular Surgery or Critical Care experience is required. No new graduates will be considered at this time.

CERTIFICATIONS

Board Certified and ACLS required.

DOCUMENTATION

Must provide a Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of submission and proof of COVID vaccination.

LICENSURE

Ohio State License is preferred; candidates willing to obtain one quickly may be considered.

CREDENTIALING

TIMELINE:

Standard credentialing is 60-90 days.

EXPEDITED

Temporary privileges may be available within 45 days.
