What You'll Do Perform physical exams and patient observations Record patients' medical histories and symptoms Create patient care plans and contributing to existing ones Order and analyze diagnostic tests Diagnose health issues Detect changes in patients' health and modifying treatment plans, as needed Educate patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of the patients What We're Looking For Master's degree from an accredited nursing program APN authorization in Ohio to practice in family health by the Board of Nurse Examiners Prescriptive authorization Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records and information systems A sound understanding of all pertinent federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of disease processes and prevention Benefits and Support We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance.
