$50-$65 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an outpatient Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) practice in Warren, Ohio.This is a great opportunity for an NP or PA with ENT, urgent care, primary care, or related experience who is comfortable evaluating and treating patients independently within their scope of practice.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients presenting with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck concerns.
- Obtain comprehensive medical histories and perform physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat common ENT conditions, including: o Ear infections o Hearing concerns o Sinus conditions o Allergies o Sore throat o Tonsil disorders o Nasal obstruction
- Perform appropriate in-office procedures based on training, competency, and scope of practice.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies.
- Prescribe medications and treatments within applicable regulations.
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment options, and follow-up care.
- Identify patients requiring physician consultation, specialist referral, or additional evaluation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Qualifications
- Current Ohio Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- National NP or PA certification.
- Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority, as applicable.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently within the scope of practice. Preferred ExperienceENT experience is preferred, but candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

- Family Medicine
- Outpatient or Ambulatory Care
- Related clinical specialties Candidates with strong clinical experience but limited ENT experience may be considered.
