Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals works collaboratively to optimize patient outcomes and enhance the overall hospital experience.Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Acute CareAPRN / PA
to join our Hospitalist Group in Midwest City, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care, be committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment. This is a nocturnist position, providing coverage during overnight hours.Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in the hospital setting. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.Nocturnist Coverage:
Provide 7am-7pm coverage during daytime hours, ensuring continuous and effective patient care. Manage and coordinate admissions consultations as needed. Manage all acute care Patients oversighting their care and Plans.Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to deliver seamless patient care. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and addressing concerns.Quality Improvement:
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. Stay updated on current medical literature and contribute to the implementation of best practices.Qualifications:
Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification. Current and unrestricted APRN or PA license in the state of Oklahoma. Minimum of 1 years of experience in acute care or hospitalist settings preferred but not required. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Job Type:
Full Time - 12Hours Shift Schedule Type:
7 days ON and 7 days OFF (7AM-7PM)Compensation:
