Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans. Provide primary and acute care for patients of all ages, including performing procedures like suturing and IV insertion. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients and families on health management and prevention. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA, utilizing EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner. Use telehealth technologies to improve access to care.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing, valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma, strong clinical skills, and excellent communication. Experience with pediatric care and telehealth is preferred.
