Care is delivered directly in patients' homes using point-of-care labs, minor procedures, wound care, splinting, suturing, and IV therapies, with a strong focus on care coordination and follow-up. •A vehicle is provided• Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment Perform minor procedures and therapeutic interventions Interpret test results and ensure continuity of care Educate patients and families on treatment and health management Collaborate with care teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical standards Schedule & Compensation Full-time, 4 shifts/week (10-hour shifts), including every other weekend 7-10 patients per shift (1:1 care model) Qualifications Active NP or PA license in Oklahoma 2+ years of experience in ER, urgent care, or internal/family medicine Board certification and BLS required (ACLS preferred) DEA/prescriptive authority and valid driver's license Ability to travel locally and perform physical job duties (lifting equipment, stairs) This role offers a flexible, team-based environment focused on delivering innovative, patient-centered care outside traditional clinical settings. #GHR2LOCUMS
