Perm - Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology in Oklahoma City, OK Are you a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner looking for a rewarding opportunity with a leading facility in Oklahoma City? Permanent Shift:
Variable (including 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, on-call from home)
Hours/Week:
Approximately 12 shifts per month (~18 days off)

Full-Time Licenses/Certifications:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma, Neonatal certification preferred
Experience:
Prior neonatal or NICU experience preferred; new fellows encouraged to apply
Pay & Benefits Pay Rate:
$1.00 per hour (competitive package discussed upon application)

401k plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Collaborate with Neonatologists to provide quality neonatal care Manage newborn assessments and treatments in Level II NICUs Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and families Cover neonatal shifts across four facilities: Lakeside, Southwest, Canadian Valley, Edmond Respond to acute neonatal needs and participate in on-call duties Contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on patient safety and care excellence Support the overall care plan for newborns in a dynamic environment
What You Need Required:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma Neonatal or related pediatric experience Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Neonatal certification Previous experience working in Level II NICUs About the Assignment Join a dedicated neonatal care team providing impactful services across four busy Level II NICUs in Oklahoma City.
