Initial patient assessment Advanced practice provider Full Job Description We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team in Greater Coos Bay/Bandon, Oregon to provide Wound Care & Primary Care .
Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patients' wounds to develop treatment plans Implement wound care protocols and procedures Provide direct patient care, including dressing changes, debridement, irrigation, and advanced biologics Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive care Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention Document assessments, treatments, and interventions
Requirements:
Valid Oregon ARNP license At least 1 year of wound care or related experience Strong knowledge of wound care techniques and products Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and in a team Offering a full-time position with salary ranging from $135,000 to $155,000 annually, along with benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. The role involves in-person work, supporting high-quality patient care.
