Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant LiveWell Homecare Agency Bend, OR Job Details Full-time $125,000 - $150,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications BLS Certification Advanced practice provider Full Job Description We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations, including outpatient clinics, a physical therapy office, and a surgery center. Qualifications :
Current applicable state license and national certification DEA license or ability to obtain one Basic Life Support certification This full-time role offers a salary between $125,000 and $150,000 annually. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Sutherlin, OR before starting. Work is in person, with a focus on outpatient care.Benefits
