Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with wounds. Provide direct wound care, including dressing changes, debridement, irrigation, and use of advanced biologics. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention. Maintain detailed documentation of assessments and treatments. Qualifications include an active ARNP license in Oregon, at least 1 year of wound care experience, and strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
