Job Description
We are looking for a flex position Nurse Practitioner, who is certified to practice in Oregon, with current NP license and DEA license. This flex position NP will work 1-2 days a week and periodically provide coverage for our full time NP as needed. Experience with Athena electronic health records is a plus. We are a small community Primary Care Clinic. We take commercial insurance as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare. We are looking for a personable, enthusiastic and detail-oriented provider for our team! Please feel free to reach out with any questions on our mission, location, and practice!
