Nurse Practitioner $110 Hourly Ascend Medical - 4.0 Portland, OR Job Details Locum tenens $110 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Community care (work setting) Working with geriatric patients Working with seniors Driving Advanced practice provider EMR systems Geriatrics Entry level Full Job Description Locum Geriatric APP Need in Oregon We have a need for a locum geriatric APP in Portland. This is an immediate, ongoing need. Need some FP/IM, or geriatric experience. No new grads. $110 hourly. Monday through Friday. RIght now we are only looking at local candidates. This site has a combination of in-clinic and community patients who are seen in their home. For off-site visits, this will involve driving to the patient's residence which can be Assisted living, SNF, or personal residence where usually with a nurse from our team will join the provider for the visit. We serve exclusively adults over the age of 55 as a PACE program (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) which means you'll be working with a 11 person interdisciplinary team. Most patient management is handled through the EMR with other team members coordinating visits and care in the community.
