Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and care plans. Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies. Document patient care accurately in medical records. Deliver care adhering to accepted standards and collaborate with team members. Monitor, manage, and refer patients to specialists as needed. Qualifications include current licensure, national certification, DEA license (or ability to obtain), and BLS. The role offers flexible scheduling, full benefits, productivity bonuses, CME reimbursement, and no hospital call. Located in Sutherlin, OR, relocation is required before starting.
