PA or NP $115/hr with FULL TRAVEL and malpractice Seaside, Oregon | November Start and ongoing need | Outpatient | No Call We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a rewarding outpatient locums opportunity in beautiful Seaside, Oregon . Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Full-time preferred 3-4 days per week may be considered Minimum commitment of 2 weeks per month Clinic-based with community/home visits No call 8 guaranteed hours per day Overtime after 9 hours/day BLS required Active state license and DEA required Patient Population The program serves adults age 55+ exclusively , with a significant geriatric population. Geriatric experience is strongly preferred. Providers will see patients in the clinic as well as in their homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. Community visits are typically completed with a nurse from the care team. Collaborative Environment Work as part of an 11-member interdisciplinary team focused on comprehensive care and coordinated services for older adults. The team works closely together to manage patient needs, coordinate community-based care, and support continuity of treatment through the EMR.
