Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, detailed health histories, and functional physical examinations. Order, evaluate, and interpret specialized laboratory panels (hormone profiling, metabolic markers, and general wellness labs). Design and manage individualized treatment plans for Men's Health, TRT/BHRT, medical weight loss, and outpatient primary care. Maintain clean, accurate, and timely electronic medical records (EMR). Educate, counsel, and partner with patients to help them achieve long-term vitality, preventive health, and wellness goals. Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (FNP/AGNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) program. Active, unencumbered Oregon Medical or Nursing License (or license-eligible). Active DEA registration (or in progress) and National Board Certification (AANP/ANCC/NCCPA). Passion for preventive wellness, hormone health, and delivering a superior patient experience. Prior experience in hormone replacement therapy, urology, or primary care is a plus, but comprehensive onboarding and clinical training are fully provided for new graduates and transitioning providers.
