Four-day work week for full-time APCs
No call responsibilities
Team-based care model with shared patient panels
Predominantly adult and geriatric patient population
Average of 16-17 patients per day

Current BLS certification Highlights This is a highly sought-after outpatient primary care opportunity offering a four-day work week, no call, strong physician collaboration, extensive support resources, a predominantly adult and geriatric patient panel, and a culture that emphasizes provider wellness, mentorship, and long-term career growth. Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
