- Full-time, 40 hours per week, salary-based position.

- Multiple Rural Health-designated primary care clinics serving surrounding communities.
- Located in Stayton, Oregon, in the foothills of the Cascades.
- Convenient access to Oregon's mountains, coastal beaches, wineries, and the Willamette Valley. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to an adult patient population.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Provide preventive care and health education.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate patient care.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Participate in clinic-wide quality improvement and patient care initiatives.
- Utilize virtual care tools and other innovations to enhance patient access and outcomes. Qualifications
- Active Oregon NP or PA license.
- Current DEA license.
- Current BLS or ACLS certification. Compensation & Benefits
