Provide comprehensive pulmonary and acute care, including admissions, discharges, assessments, and management of conditions like COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and respiratory failure. Manage noninvasive ventilation therapies, tracheostomy care, and coordinate weaning plans. Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostics, monitor treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Educate patients and staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in initiatives to reduce hospital readmissions. Requires active APRN license, BLS/ACLS, and experience in tracheostomy and post-acute care.
