Full-Time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner | Somerset, PA We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join a growing outpatient wound care program in the Somerset, PA area . This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who enjoys hands-on, procedure-focused patient care and wants a predictable schedule with strong clinical support and specialized training. Position Highlights Full-Time | 5 days per week Monday-Friday schedule No nights, weekends, holidays, or call Outpatient, hospital-based wound care setting Primarily focused on wound evaluation, treatment, and procedures Paid wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy training provided Collaborative, supportive clinical environment Opportunity to develop advanced expertise in wound management Competitive compensation with base salary + performance-based bonus Comprehensive benefits package What You'll Do Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Perform procedures including sharp debridement, suturing, incision and drainage, and other wound-related procedures Manage wound-related conditions including pressure injuries, diabetic wounds, venous ulcers, arterial wounds, and complex non-healing wounds Coordinate care with other members of the patient's healthcare team Educate patients and families on wound prevention, treatment, and long-term management Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation What We're Looking For Nurse Practitioner with active Pennsylvania licensure Board Certified / Board Eligible Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Comfortable performing office-based procedures Wound care experience is preferred, but not required Procedural experience with debridement, suturing, or incision and drainage is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach Why This Opportunity?
