• 75/hour, based on experience SHIFT Lehigh Valley is a growing wellness clinic focused on personalized, data-driven care through hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapy and comprehensive lab evaluation.

We are seeking a personable and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team and provide direct patient care at our Bethlehem location. This is a consistent part-time position with a highly desirable schedule: Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM, with no evenings or weekends. The Role You will see patients throughout the clinic day, conducting initial consultations and follow-up visits while helping patients understand their lab results, treatment options and progress.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up appointments Review medical histories, symptoms, health goals and laboratory results Develop individualized treatment plans within established clinical protocols Prescribe and manage appropriate medications and therapies Manage hormone optimization/HRT patients Manage medical weight-loss patients, including GLP-1 therapies Provide patient education regarding treatments, expectations and ongoing care Monitor patient progress and make appropriate treatment adjustments Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with SHIFT's medical team and supervising/collaborating physician as appropriate Deliver a high-touch, approachable patient experience

Qualifications Required:

Current Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license Appropriate prescriptive authority Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Strong communication and patient education skills Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail Experience in any of the following is a plus: Hormone replacement therapy or hormone optimization Medical weight management and GLP-1 therapies Women's or men's health Peptide therapy Functional or integrative medicine Primary care, endocrinology or preventative wellness Previous hormone optimization experience is preferred, but we are open to an experienced provider who is excited to learn and train within SHIFT's clinical protocols. Schedule Monday-Thursday 10:00 AM-4:00 PM Approximately 24 hours per week No evenings or weekends. Compensation $60

• 75 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
