Job Description
Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Responsibilities Perform patient assessments, exams, and health history reviews Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications Provide preventive care and patient education Refer to specialists as needed Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (NP program) Active or eligible Pennsylvania NP license Board certification (FNP-BC/FNP-C or equivalent) DEA registration (or eligible to obtain) BLS certification Primary care experience preferred; new grads may apply
