SUMMARY OF POSITION
Penn State Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Hospitalist Medicine team as a Nocturnist APP serving patients at Holy Spirit Medical Center and Hampden Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for adult medical patients in an inpatient setting and be comfortable managing cross-coverage needs, completing admissions, and responding to rapid responses and codes with strong physician and Critical Care support.

Our APP team includes seven providers across these locations, offering a collaborative and supportive practice environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
(S): Master's Degree in Nursing with clinical specialization. Two (2) years of RN experience. Current CRNP license in Pennsylvania.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
(S): Inpatient clinical experience preferred Experience managing adult medical patients in a Hospitalist, Acute Care, or comparable inpatient setting strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
